Lead UI Designer - Product Designer
As a consultant on the Sony Pictures Entertainment Administration Digital Asset Management Product and Worldwide Publicity sites I collaborated with the Marketing project manager and IT team to analyze requirements, produce product information architecture, and UI designs for both products. After creating product specification documents I had to rapidly identify creative goals while delegating responsibilities and creative initiatives with offshore designer delivering designs in record time. The designs consisted of 6 complete and unique UI designs with 10 screens each.
Additionally, I directed bi-weekly board meetings with stakeholders of 20 plus members presenting / projecting power-point presentations of each design showcasing the 10 screens and iterations along with presenting media in oversize print boards and printed media packets for each individual. The position was onsite in Culver City at Sony Pictures Studios.
The design work is still being used today on both Administrative product and Publicity site .
